Shipping Policy

All Courture products are produced on demand. This means every item is made specifically for your order to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Production & Delivery Times

Production usually takes between 3 and 7 business days.
Shipping then takes approximately 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination and local carriers.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs, carrier delays or high seasonal volume may affect the expected arrival date.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Shipping fees are non refundable.

For returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Switzerland.
Additional regions may be activated in the future.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information may result in additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@courture.ch so we can assist you and resolve the issue.
